strong motor, sturdy, easy to clean what more is there to ask for?
Worked in deli so knew what to look for. Loved the larger 8' blade. very easy to clean. The only thing I would have liked is a larger area in the back for the slices to fall on, especially when slicing juicy items like tomatoes but because of the design juice didn't run everywhere made clean up easy

arrived on time. First impression is this is big More body places with steel and less plastic. Even the plastic part is designed with the same gray color as the steel. The blade looks really sharp. and use glove. Tried it with lamb and it slices pretty quick and produce thin pieces of meat. Some tiny corners need to use tooth stick to pick up the meat but overall it is not hard to clean.

Slice it
I've only used it once. My only complaint is I wish it was a little bit wider. It was a little challenging to chop the pork belly up, but still very doable. Seems well made and it's pretty quiet.

but a few changes could significantly improve it
The blade is extremely sharp The angle for product could be steeper so food stays against the guide without as much pressure. The back doesn't have a great place for catching the slices. and are pushed out of the holder. .

if she's happy then I'm happy.
After researching a lot of slicers I bought this one for my wife the blades are sharp, not heavy unit and the speed/power are sufficient for her use. Only drawback is I wanted a slicer that cut 1¼' to 1½' for steaks but was not going to pay the extra big bucks just for that option.

Very Nice Design
I like the fact that the carriage does not come off the slicer. and was difficult to maintain slice thickness. another model had 2 buttons you had to hold down simultaneously and i love the suction cup feet to keep slicer steady!
