Love this case! I have had it in a few colors; violet dusk, white marble, black, and now star dust. Looks like a starry night against the black iPhone. The symmetry Series is the best style case in my opinion due to it being slim without bulk, but you also do not have to compromise the protection it gives your phone. With the added built in pop socket, you get the added grip that is sometimes needed. I have a toddler, so I am using my phone one handed a lot! This case hasn’t disappointed. I never have the heart stopping panic if my phone slips and falls to the ground. The camera cut out in the back protects the lenses, and the edges protect the front screen nicely! I have never been disappointed with Otterbox products, and this case is no exception.

Received this case in a contest and I love it! The clear glitter makes the blue color of my phone really pop. And I love that the pop socket is built on, this doesn’t stick out as far as an added pop socket.

Got this case about a month ago, thought it would be a standard sized (?) pop socket, but it is not. I used it in the past to stand the phone on its side while watching something, this pop socket does not support that, falls right over. It also doesn't slip into the pop socket holder I have mounted on my car dashboard to use for GPS/music, which is kind of obnoxious. The case is solid.

I have had this case for several weeks. It fits great and I love the pop socket. Mine is clear and I have not had any issues with yellowing. No complaints.

This is the second otter box case I have had since I owned my newest iPhone which I got just 4 months ago, both cases cracked after being dropped once. I’m grateful the phone didn’t break so I guess it did it’s job in that regard but I used life proof cases for years prior and never once had a case crack from dropping. Definitely switching back to life proof.

Pop socket on it doesn’t make phone stand up

I bought this so that I could have a safe phone and a pop socket that doesn’t stick out and get caught on stuff. The problem with the case is that the pop socket is in the wrong spot to make the phone sit up. It’s also in the wrong spot for me to hang the phone up on my pop socket holder so that I can use it in my car for maps. The phone is so heavy that it just spins around upside down. I can’t even add another pop socket on it to help the situation because of where the pop socket is located on the case permanently. It’s a bad design. Whoever made this case didn’t test it out on the iPhone 12+ before sending it out to production. I gave it 2 stars because at least it protects my phone from drops.

This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Love this case. Bought it recently for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Best feature is the integrated popsocket - no more stick-on or grip slide bases necessary. And the swappable top can easily be removed for wireless charging. The clear case allows the color of my iPhone to be visible. I’ve had several Otterbox cases over the years and they provide excellent quality and protection. Keep up the good work!

I gave it an extra star because I love how Otterbox protects my phone (Im a clumsy person) but this case is not worth it. It doesn’t stand up with the pop socket bc the phone is so heavy and the pop socket doesn’t come out any further. Currently working with on returning it to trade it in for a regular case but bc or the delay due to the pandemic, it’s taking more than usual. Not worth it

I was excited for this case for my new Iphone 12 Pro Max. I love the idea of having the protection, the ability to show off the actual phone color and have the convince of the integrated PopSocket. I have prior versions and have performed well for me. It won't charge wirelessly like my others have, even when removing the top, but because it is very tight getting in and out, that's not really a good option (I was advised to prolong the battery life it is best to charge wirelessly). Very disappointed! I just ordered the Otter + Pop Figura Series case in hopes that simply removing the top will allow the wireless charging. Fingers crossed! I love Popsockets and how much easier it is to handle my larger phone. Hurry up delivery truck!!

I bought this case for my new iPhone 12 max. I have owned other OtterBox cases in the past (Defender) but I went with something new this time. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I like the built in pop-socket & that I can swap the tops out. It is very sturdy and protects my phone well. I've unfortunately dropped my phone a few times but because of the case, my phone is safe!

Very Disappointed, They need to go back to the drawing table and engineer a pop socket strong enough to hold the weight and size of the iPhone 12 Pro Max. This one won't stand up the phone, even fully extended and tilted to camera side down. Major Fail.

This one is awful. I got the clear because I have a great blue colored phone I wanted to see. This case has turned yellow around the outer edge and looks disgusting. I would never get a clear one again.

I have not had this case for a year and it’s turning yellow. It looks awful. I will say it has protected my phone well, but the clear changing to yellow makes this case not worth it.
