That being said, our Defender Series case for that device does include that, though it is a bit more robust than the one you're currently using. That full case also includes an outer plastic shell. We looked into your return and we're seeing that your case was received by us on Monday the 13th. I love the Commuter Series because it isn't too big or bulky and it still provides great protection for my phone. I also love that you can pick your own color combinations and personalize just how you want. I am a clutz and drop my phone frequently and the Otterbox Commuter case protected my phone every time. This is my second case because I finally dropped it so many times, that the case broke, but my phone was undamaged. It is great to not have to worry about damaging my phone when I drop it.

The inner case fits the phone well but I don’t use the outer plastic cover because it prevents me from charging the phone. The opening is too small. Please re-engineer the outer plastic cover.

I had had this for a year and a half before my daily rough handling finally cracked the bottom of the case, which kind of affected the entire fitting of the phone. So I bought a replacement and I have no complaints! Definitely a must-have if you value your phone!

I have always had an Otter Box for my phones so I am well aware of the awesome quality of the the products, however thay have always been gifts from my family so this is the first time I ordered for myself...I was given the outer case so needed the slip cover, I only wish I could have gotten it in red since my upgraded phone is red. I personally will never use anything but Otter Box

I got this case two weeks ago and I can gladly say, I made the right change from my thick durable black OtterBox Defender case. The slimmer Commuter case is much better and doesn’t weigh down my pants. It’s also more comfortable in my hands and stylish. I dropped my phone twice now and it’s still alive!
