OtterBox Defender Pro Series Case for Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G - Black

It was the wrong case. Should not have ordered the "Ultra".

Did not realize there was an ultra - beenvtrying to get an rma but no deal

Without it phone is pretty fragile. Great case!!!!

It provides very good protection. But it didn't last as long as a case should at this price point. The frame cracked in half on one of the corners without being dropped. The charging port cover fell off. And the rubber surrounding the case degraded and got so soft that scratching it with my finger nail left the rubber underneath... especially the buttons.

I drop my phone more than I want to and Otterbox has saved 3 phones of mine because of this. It did take longer to receive my item in the mall than was predicted.

The belt clip do not keep the phone attached,it keeps falling out of clip

Otter box has been my go to case for many years. I have had the same phone for roughly 4 years now. I have gone through 4 different otter box defender series cases due to the fact that they all break in the same spot. I just took my case off for the first time since I had to replace the phone and the back of the phone is absolutely destroyed. Both Samsung note 20 ultras I've had over the last 4 years have had the backs break while being in the case. I absolutely would not recommend this case to anyone and I will be looking for a different case option.

5 stars because your cases have always been fantastic but the first one to break a phone screen was this one for the note 20 ultra. I did drop it right on the pen corner though, so understandable! Excellent quality and service, product give full protection!

Had my original one for almost 2 years and has done it job admirably. The other day phone fell out of my work vehicle and I feared the worst. While I did need to replace the screen the box took most of the fall. The front half of the hard shell had broken into 3 pieces but had protected my phone from all damage other than the screen. Filed the claim and got sent a replacement case within a week.

The Defender series is a great product and the price matches the product.

I love OtterBox cases. I've had one for my last 4 phones. At least 10 years.

The case fits my Samsung Galaxy Ultra Note 20 perfectly. All the function buttons work perfect as well as the charging, speaker and microphone locations match up. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will purchase from this vendor again.

It was fast and perfectly fit my devise. It's very comfortable and durable. It's a good protection. I trust Otto box with all my devices, both android and iPhone.

My favorite case. Ive been using Otterbox defenders since 2011 when i worked as a Janitor. I work in an office now but i will forever use Otterbox to protect my phone & keep it in Pristine shape.
