Amazing Product

Clip
I really like the cover and it seems to protect very well. The only problem I am having is the phone does not seem to click into the holder very well. I have dropped the phone do to it not mounting into to the clip very well. I still like the Otter Boxes and will continue to use them as they are the best on the market. This is the only one I've had trouble with as I have used this bran since my I 5 phone days. (These cases have saved me from breaking my phone in the past, I've dropped them from extreme heights)

Phone clip to belt clip issue
I have had several of these cases in the past and have always had good luck with them. This new case for an iPhone 14 doesn't have the same clip size as my previous one for an iPhone SE2. the SE2 clipping mechanism that clips the phone to the belt clip looks about 1.5 times larger than the new iPhone 14 one. In the past 3 weeks of use I have had several times where the phone came unclipped from the belt clip and fell to the floor when the phone was bumped by a back pack or jacket or became unclipped when I was sitting on a couch. A very light touch is needed to unclip the phone from the belt clip. Never had this issue with the one for the SE2 or the previous ones.

Screen Protector Sold Separately
The "defender" no longer has screen protectors. That's kinda why we ordered it. Historically they've had screen protectors that seal the phone well.

Superb protection, but no wireless charging joy
Same amazing protection I've been buying for many years. I already had one case, but bought this one because letterbox said it would work with wireless chargers. Well, it doesn't work with my Apple wireless charger nor does it work with the one in my car. It usually works with a wireless charger from Anker, but it has to be positioned exactly right. So, while I am delighted with the case and the protection it provides, I have been disappointed by Otterbox for the first time due to the wireless charging problem.

Good case bad holster
Case itself is a good and snug fit and would seem to protect the phone well. However, the holster clip is so loose that if you accidentally touch the phone while it’s in the holster it falls right out. Not a secure fit at all.

Belt clip is useless.
The belt clip is as useless as anything I have ever used. The case falls out of the belt clip frequently. Today I was mowing the lawn with my riding lawn mower, almost ran my phone over because it fell out of the belt clip on the previous lap. I would probably actually give the case maybe 2 stars. If it had a built in screen protector I would even give the case 3 stars. Not sure how to carry this huge phone, I don't have enough pockets and the belt clip is usless.

Not as good as my last one
It is not as good as the one I had for my Iphone 6s. I thought this would have the integrated screen protector. It does not snap into the holster reliably.

Phone too loose in the frame
phone too loose in the frame. When I bump up against something the phone falls out. Did this from the beginning. Used to have a otterbox i-phone 13 mini and had no problems with it
