Is not waterproof anymore
The slot for the charging cord isn't big enough So I had to make it bigger now the waterproof plug doesn't fit

Actually, the Defender Series Case wasn't engineered to be a fully enclosed waterproof solution, but we are sorry to hear of the charge port cover complications nonetheless. great case basically but it leaves the screen un=protected......this seems a little dangerous and I believe, for the price, there should be some kind of screen protection

Absolutely amazing
I left my note 10 on top of my car I was getting on the freeway and just before it merges onto the freeway so I was going about 50 mph my phone slid off my roof and fell onto the freeway when I got back to my phone it was in one piece it wasn't broken and the case lived up to its name I suggest buying this if you have a note 10 it will not let you down thank you OtterBox

Great case
I've been a fan of Otterbox for a long time. The defender cases are my favorite, but I like other styles as well. So why 3 stars and not 5? Not enough choices and colors for Samsung phones. If you would make everything for Samsung that you do IPhone, I'd be a return customer and you'd get 5 stars for sure.

Unsure of new quality
Bought it from the website, surprised to find it was made in China. Hope it is still as nice as my old one protection wise.Feels different though.

The correct choice
I had used the Defender series before for my older phone and therefore am aware of the qualities of the Otterbox Defender series. I love the robustness, the texture which allows for good hand grip and the colour, obviously. It is most useful especially for my line of work where I am often outdoor. No regrets in buying, and it arrived within about 3 days of order; whcih was very impressive.

Awesome Case
I bought this case because I drop my phone alot (Note10) and it's already saved it so many times. The reason why I gave it 4 stars was because I wish they had a screen protector for it as well. I understand that because of the screens curved edges it is unable to have a screen protector but I mean there has to be some way to protect it from stuff in my pocket etc. Thank you !!!
