The slot for the charging cord isn't big enough So I had to make it bigger now the waterproof plug doesn't fit

great case basically but it leaves the screen un=protected......this seems a little dangerous and I believe, for the price, there should be some kind of screen protection

I left my note 10 on top of my car I was getting on the freeway and just before it merges onto the freeway so I was going about 50 mph my phone slid off my roof and fell onto the freeway when I got back to my phone it was in one piece it wasn't broken and the case lived up to its name I suggest buying this if you have a note 10 it will not let you down thank you OtterBox

I've been a fan of Otterbox for a long time. The defender cases are my favorite, but I like other styles as well. So why 3 stars and not 5? Not enough choices and colors for Samsung phones. If you would make everything for Samsung that you do IPhone, I'd be a return customer and you'd get 5 stars for sure.

I had used the Defender series before for my older phone and therefore am aware of the qualities of the Otterbox Defender series. I love the robustness, the texture which allows for good hand grip and the colour, obviously. It is most useful especially for my line of work where I am often outdoor. No regrets in buying, and it arrived within about 3 days of order; whcih was very impressive.

I bought this case because I drop my phone alot (Note10) and it's already saved it so many times. The reason why I gave it 4 stars was because I wish they had a screen protector for it as well. I understand that because of the screens curved edges it is unable to have a screen protector but I mean there has to be some way to protect it from stuff in my pocket etc. Thank you !!!
