I like this case. It is sleek and conforms to the phone perfect to where it feels natural and not like a box. The only thing keeping the case from being great is that the raised edges are only at the top and bottom of the case which leaves the side vulnerable to drops and screen protector cracks. Overall it is a good buy. The clamp works great though it could use another snap (like the one at the top) on the bottom to help it secure better.

I have had the case for 2 weeks now and like it. It is not as boxy as the old model. All of my phone cases have been Lifeproof but after reading positive reviews about Otterbox I decided to give it a try. I should have more reviews once I experience a "drop phone" or "water" moment

Can't put a price tag on a piece of mind knowing I have a premium case protecting my investment ! I'm in construction and abusing my phone constantly however it's really not abuse with my new OtterBox, very durable !!

Case is good quality but belt clip was not secure enough. Phone popped of too easy and ended up damaged because of it. Older model was much better

I used to work in screw manufacturing. Delt with engineers all day long. what looks good on paper doesn't always work! Theory is just that theory. why not make both and sell both! please everyone! The cases are still the best on the market!! I have always believed a little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing!

I bought this a month ago. Fit and finish is what you'd expect from Otter Box. I just don't think it's as protective of the screen. With a tempered glass screen protector on the phone the edges of the case are not as proud of the screen surface as they used to be for the A51 galaxy. I have already had one screen protector break.

Found this case to be mostly what it was said to be. Does seem like it will take some abuse and still protect my phone. I`m not the biggest fan of the belt clip holster, more than once the phone has popped out of it while getting out of my SUV. Secondly I wish the lip around the screen would be more consistent, deeper to match the top and bottom of the case to better protect the screen. It would also be nice if otter include a FREE optional screen protect. I would recommend this case though only time will tell if it's worth the price paid!

On the very first day my phone fell out of the case tried it again later on I got out of the truck got inside house phone was missing found it in the yard had to put a rubber band around it. Don't buy this product it's not made well at all I have another brand now throwed the old one in the drawer signed unhappy customer

The case of course lacks a screen protector which I wish it incorporated. The catch that hold the case onto the belt carrier appears very loose. I was getting some change out of my pocket and my sleeve accidentally lightly caught the catch and the phone came off of the carrier. Fortunately I felt it and got the phone before it fell onto the floor. With these problems I am not sure I will every buy another one.

It does not fit the phone! It is plastic instead of the soft rubber I had with my last otter box. I NEED to return it! Please? The product is fine, just does not work on this phone.

The other curiosity is that the Defender Series Pro Case does have an outer synthetic rubber slipcover that wraps around the inner plastic lid/base assembly. Did your case not come with each of those components? I've had the defender series for several phones now and this one is no different. OtterBox Defender cases are nearly indestructible, working construction I dropped my galaxy s9 down two stories on to crushed stone, had my s7 active slide off the roof of another two story home landing flat in the paved driveway and both times my phones were saved by this case. If you are intentionally or accidentally abusive to your device GET THIS CASE!

Love the case, it feels sturdy and like previous cases I've before, it snugly fits in the case. While it does add a little more size to the basic phone, that makes it feel that more secure and sturdy in your hand. Lifetime fan of the product.
