We craft all of our cases on an individual basis to ensure their seamless compatibility with the unique features of your exact device, so this is a bit surprising to hear. When applying this case to your phone, we recommend starting at the top right corner to first situate your camera and volume buttons in place. From there you'll be able to slowly work your way around the edges until everything is secure. If those synthetic rubber edges are being pushed down, you can use your fingernail to gently pull them back up. And once done, you'll notice that those edges are raised around your screen to assist with drop protection. If you're looking for 360 degree protection, we'd recommend pairing this case with one of our trusted screen protectors.
