OtterBox SYMMETRY SERIES Soft Touch case w/MagSafe for iPhone 15 Pro - Beet It (77-93597)

It’s too slippery and oily I prefer my old one which was softer and spongier.

I like it because it’s softer than others and easier to push side buttons.

First off, it’s not that soft. It’s slightly softer than a hard plastic case, but not by much. Just shiny, slick, smooth rubber the length of the case with no texture or breaks in the surfaces. Right out of the package it’s very slippery. There isn’t enough texturing on the side to keep it from sliding around and none on the back. Only the tiny embossed “OTTERBOX” near the RH button has any noticeable grip surface. The slipperiness has very slightly improved with age. Also, like others have stated, the corners have lanyard holes and this leaves those places vulnerable to damage and/or dirt inclusion in the event of a drop. I guess the engineers decided everyone using this case would need a lanyard due to its lack of grip. They were right. On the plus side, it’s a very slim cover and the MagSafe magnets and buttons work very well. For those reasons I didn’t make this a one star review. It certainly wasn’t because this cover is even remotely “soft touch”. It is not. I’m a longtime fan and purchaser of Otterbox products but this one is overpriced and poorly designed. There are better, grippier products available out there. I would not recommend, nor would I purchase again, this particular Otterbox model again. Disappointed.

It protects the sides and back of your phone and really absorbs shock when dropped. My parter dropped her phone from about 4 feet up onto the concrete and her phone was completely perfect and unharmed! The color is nice and it has already saved the phone from damage a few times over! If you are looking for a durable, well made phone case for your iPhone pro, this is the one!

The previous one I had was overheating with the mag charging and I thought it was an issue with the phone- but when I switched to this case the overheating was no longer an issue! The magnet is also not too strong through this case- just strong enough where the charging batter or mag safe charger stays connected. Overall fantastic case!
