Q: The doll came with her hair in pigtails with rubber bands and of various length (choppy). Her hair is not at pictured and lots of it is falling out. Is this normal?

  • A: Hi Heather. The hair is threaded through the scalp and then cut by hand to style the dolls hair in the style of that specific doll. This can cause variations in the hair length. Some hair loss is normal during brushing and playtime. We recommend holding the hair at the scalp while gently brushing the hair. The Battat Team

  • A: Hi Belle0825 All of the Our Generation dolls rotate at the hips, shoulders and neck. Both our posable and non-posable dolls can sit. Posable dolls also bend at the knees and elbows, while non posable dolls do not. The Nancy doll is non-posable. The Battat Team.

    Really like the doll

    My daughter really enjoys the doll for the first time she values the hair and the jewelry and the look, although I personally think it’s really weird to have like a dog chain and everything dog themed

    Beautiful doll

    My daughters got several Our Generation dolls for Christmas this year. They are in love with these charming, beautiful dolls. I LOVE that they are well made and have great stories as well. I appreciate that these dolls are more affordable than AG or other 18" doll brands.

    Christmas Gift

    Her favorite Christmas gift! My daughter is 6 years old and absolutely LOVES this doll. She immediately took her out and began putting her jewelry on. We recently had my daughter's ears peirced so finding a doll with pierced ears was perfect.
