This toy looks fun but is lacking. Basically, paid double for the school supply accessories and didn't even get a backpack. As others have written, the locker tips over very easily and has actually landed on my foot - OUCH! The description indicates working locks but they do not lock the doors and they only open and close. It is also difficult to get them on the locker doors. I am not sure if it is a quality control issue but the locker that came was dirty. I had to wipe it down, and even after there were scuffs and little black marks that don't come off. I wish i had read the reviews before giving it to my daughter as a graduation present - try taking a toy away from an excited 5 year old who is proud to have graduated and looking forward to "big girl school". I have the next generation bathtub and the hair salon chair which both have been excellent toys for my girls, but i think the tipping is dangerous and of course the other quality issues are why I rated it so low. Don't waste your $, just buy the $14.99 school accessories. I wish I didn't waste my $ on this.

The locks do not even stay shut. They just hang up. My daughter is so disappointed.

Very cute. My daughter was so excited and used her gift cards to buy this and 2 of the 3 locks don’t work. Even though the packaging stated they do….. disappointing!!

Cute but flimsy and the padlocks don't work.

It is very odd to me that they would advertise on the outside of the packaging that the locks actually work when they don't work at all. Not only do they not lock the lockers but they don't even stay shut. The item is really cute overall but the false advertising was very disappointing. My daughter was very excited that it had real locks when we bought it.

My daughter saved up to buy this. She was so disappointed that the locks don’t actually work. They don’t even close. The top just pops straight out. She told me she isn’t going to buy any of these products again as they’re cheaply made and don’t work as advertised.

My granddaughter purchased this at our neighborhood Target and wanted to write this review: The lockers do not work at all. We tried over and over again and I even looked up on my ipad, "How to lock og doll locker" but nothing popped up. So again, we both tried over and over and over agin and nothing had worked.But what we do like about it is that the actual locker is very cute. I love alllll of the accesories in the set.(except the locks)

My daughter has bought into the set of dolls and loves them. She is constantly saving up allowance to buy a new add on. This is the first thing that has been a let down. The package clearly says locks really work. Apparently that doesn't mean what I think it should. (We bought this in the store, so didn't see the reviews.) tTwo of the locks close, but fall open and one won't shut. Add this so the fact that putting the lock on the locker does not stop the locker door from opening. Maybe I'm being overly critical, but it seems like they should close and keep the locker shut. That's what a lock is. Daugher bought it, so it's her choice, but I would definitely take it back if it my my money.

Locks don't work. Which, whatever except the packaging very conspicuously states that they do. Weird to highlight that when they do not actually close or lock. Would not care that much except my daughter spent her birthday money on this because she liked the idea of working locks. The rest of the set is cute enough that she doesn't want to return it but she is disappointed.
