This Deluxe accessory features a durable and sturdy locker with realistic details that make playing school even more fun! It features 3 locks with rotatable dials that are easy to open and close – but they won't lock, so you can take out all your school supplies even if your dolls forget the code. My daughter saved up to buy this. She was so disappointed that the locks don’t actually work. They don’t even close. The top just pops straight out. She told me she isn’t going to buy any of these products again as they’re cheaply made and don’t work as advertised.

My granddaughter purchased this at our neighborhood Target and wanted to write this review: The lockers do not work at all. We tried over and over again and I even looked up on my ipad, "How to lock og doll locker" but nothing popped up. So again, we both tried over and over and over agin and nothing had worked.But what we do like about it is that the actual locker is very cute. I love alllll of the accesories in the set.(except the locks)

My daughter has bought into the set of dolls and loves them. She is constantly saving up allowance to buy a new add on. This is the first thing that has been a let down. The package clearly says locks really work. Apparently that doesn't mean what I think it should. (We bought this in the store, so didn't see the reviews.) tTwo of the locks close, but fall open and one won't shut. Add this so the fact that putting the lock on the locker does not stop the locker door from opening. Maybe I'm being overly critical, but it seems like they should close and keep the locker shut. That's what a lock is. Daugher bought it, so it's her choice, but I would definitely take it back if it my my money.

Locks don't work. Which, whatever except the packaging very conspicuously states that they do. Weird to highlight that when they do not actually close or lock. Would not care that much except my daughter spent her birthday money on this because she liked the idea of working locks. The rest of the set is cute enough that she doesn't want to return it but she is disappointed.

Locks do not work “as advertised” on packaging. My 7 year old was very upset about this. They do not stay closed. Otherwise, it is a cute set.

We absolutely love OG dolls/accessories but this one was a bit disappointing. The pen, highlighter and pencils don’t actually write like some other ones do. The locks for lockers don’t stay shut at all. I’m glad I got this on sale and with the bogo 50% off because it’s not worth the full price. Had I read reviews prior to buying, I would have passed on this purchase. The notebook is great, can actually be written in. The clipboard does hold papers but the clip part is flimsy.

My 6.5yo daughter is so disappointed all the locks don’t connect/close properly. So, the claim on the package is incorrect: the locks indeed “do not actually work!” Keep all your packaging and make sure everything works before getting rid of it, just my advice. Otherwise, most other parts of this set do the job.

I am glad I saw the other reviews about the broken foot. I blamed my daughter for breaking it but she said it came out of the package that way and thought it was supposed to be like that. Unfortunately we threw away our box so not sure if Target will honor a replacement. It’s cute, just need to work on the broken foot issue.

What I did not like about this toy is it’s pencil’s it was kind of a let down because why would you spend all of the time by making pencils and pens and markers and erasers and even a pencil case When it doesn’t even work and also the backpack in the picture it’s not even there but what I did like was the notebook that you actually can open and the locker was good to and the locks . By Maya 9 years old.

Our 6-year-old has jumped aboard the American Girl train this past year, and this has been a great addition to her classroom set up. She adores playing school with the accessories. Pairs well with any desk/teacher set, too! Definitely room for other fun items in the locker (locks work!) and on the shelves. We enjoy putting Courtney's boots on the shelf just as kids would bring along for snowy days! Cute product and great value for all the goodies that come with it.
