Super Cute Party Dress

The dress is super cute with different colored dots all over. I love the boots they are silver and sparkly with sparkly pink laces and the cute pink head band rounds out the outfit perfectly. The material is great and looks just like a mini sized dress. I wish it had matching undies, that would have completed the look. My daughter loves the outfit for her doll and Kate Kate is now ready to party!
