Install Issues
The seats, ottoman, and table were easy to put together. Unfortunately one of the chairs came with the wrong pieces so were were only able to put together one of the end chairs. In order to get a replacement they are requiring us to return all of the items.

Definitely recommend a drill to put together but honestly thought it was pretty easy once you get the hang of it / flow. I did it as a solo female and didn’t find it to be a major hassle at all. Gave it 4 stars simple because it’s still new to me so I don’t wanna rate it on longevity yet. I’ve had it on my porch for 2-3 weeks now and I love it, it’s comfy and I love that it can move around and be different shapes. So far so good

It's an ok set for the price.... I guess you get what you paid for. But I would probably spend the extra $ next time for a better set. It was small.. which I needed, but I didn't realize how short it was going to be. Low to the ground and very low back. It came in SO MANY peices. Literally had to build the entire thing... by myself it took all afternoon, even with a drill. But it's comfortable considering how low it is and looks nice enough.

3 boxes came for the set, and for one person, it took about 2 hours to assemble. I did use of a power tool, so that saved some time as well. Really nice end result though.

Incorrect corner pieces
I received and assembled this set today. I was shipped two left corner units instead of a left and a right. I flipped it around to be able to use it but, it's glaringly obvious it's not a match. I've emailed customer service so I'll report back of how they correct the issue. Also as others have mentioned the cushions are super firm and not very comfortable. The seat depth is super shallow as well. Overall it looks good and isn't comfortable unfortunately.

Quality is decent for the price. I did look at the measurements, but in the end it's just not as big and comfy as I expected. Cushions are very light weight and seat depth is pretty narrow. It would be good for smaller patio spaces. I'll probably end up buying something larger, more comfy and resort like, at a much higher price. Assembly took a while, probably a few hours from a very handy guy, just lots of allen bolts to screw together all the pieces that arrived in 3 somewhat small boxes compared to the finished size.

Easy to put together with a helper. Use a crescent wrench with an extension. You¡¯ll thank me later. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the cushion slip off way too easy. They need to have the same connectors as the ottoman Cushion piece. My picture doesn¡¯t include the glass table and ottoman.

Just bought it. Assembly took forever. Product is sturdy. Bottom cushions are nice and firm, back cushions are soft. Shipping was fast and got a great deal here compared to Home Depot which the same item cost about $150 more at the time of the sale. Everything smells like it was packaged in an incense factory. Hoping that goes away with time. Also hoping product stands up well over time. So far so good. IT is under a covered patio and I am really enjoying it

Good value for price.
I was a little worried about ordering something online without seeing it first but after setting it up I realize I had nothing to worry about. It is very sturdy, The cushions are firm and seem to be very durable, and it is beautiful! Putting it together was easy but time-consuming. The instructions said 90 minutes but it took my husband and myself about 3 hours. I was pleasantly surprised at this being such a nice paitio set at such a bargain price!

This set exceeded our expectations. It's very well made and a great price point. It does take some time to assemble, but with the right tools it goes much faster! We used an electric drill with an attachment that allows for a 90 degree angle. The cushions are stiff but still comfortable. Definitely worth it!
