A: Does the kids size fit in a car seat cup holder?

Q: Leak when tipped over
A: Mine has dropped many times and never leaks. You must make sure you have the lid securely screwed on to the cup and then you will not leak.

Q: Can you use the sip feature only and not use the straw? Or must the straw be inserted for it to work?
A: You don’t need to use the straw all the time you can use the spout to drink out of. We have many owala cups and love everyone of them

Q: Can you remove the seal to clean under it? If not mold will eventually grow. It has happened with all my other cups.

Q: Is this bottle dishwasher safe?

Q: Hi! Can something inadvertently push the unlock button and it’ll pop open? Is there a latch or 2nd way to lock closes the water bottle?
A: That is a great question. For our standard FreeSip bottles, there is a carry loop that closes down over the lid partly covering the button. This loop is not designed to be a lock. Q: Are the tops interchangeable with the larger size Owala bottles? I have the larger one but would like a small one for my purse.
A: That's an excellent question. Our lids are not designed to be interchangeable. Doing so is either impossible, or it will degrade the performance of your bottle leading to a poorly fitting lid or leaking around the threading. Interchanging lids will void the warranty.
