The item came in a box with no packaging paper around it. The item was dirty and did not look new. Can you offer a refund? It seems like it was not packaged with care. I’ve never experienced this with target.

Very dissatisfied with this product. I initially did enjoy it and at first my only gripe was the sheer width of the bottle not fitting in cup holders. I do like the drinking mechanism and it keeps stuff cold. However, the problem is that the bottle was dropped ONE TIME ONLY onto concrete from only 2 or 3 feet up. There is a scratch and small dent from the impact. It now drips water out of the bottom of the bottle where it hit the ground.. ONE TIME.
