Damaged and Leaked. Product was defective upon arrival. It was missing a piece in the lid but I didn’t realize that until I had filled the bottle up and it leaked all over my kitchen. I tried to get a replacement part from Owala since it was brand new and they said “it wasn’t” covered…. But I could purchase one. Interesting. It was brand new. No thanks. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OWALA Usually love these water bottles but they will get no more $ from me.

I’m so disappointed this is not leakproof it spills with the slightest tilt and it does not fit in a cup holder. I wish I can upload the video to show it’s not leakproof but it’s only allowing me to upload pictures.

Very upset because I ordered this thinking it would come in the color shown, I ordered a 32 ounce expecting it to be a blue ish green. I get it and it looks very green and not at all blue like shown in the picture. But the same color of this bottle but in a 24 oz is just like the one I received. I’m very confused on why they would be pictured as two totally different colors when they are in fact the same. Please fix this it’s very deceiving.

Won't be buying this bottle again. It broke within a year and the "lifetime warranty" claim was denied because "nah." The bottle is also quite fat and doesn't fit into most cup holders. Was a complete inconvenience to bring this anywhere.
