Bottles came in a box too big with no protection and bottles were all marked up and dented. Since Owala doesn’t ship in boxes you should wrap them in some protective layer when shipping to YOUR customers because fedex or UPS will likely be playing basketball with the boxes if the people in the store have not done so already before you take it off the shelf. 👍

Just a few months after buying it, my bottle was rusting inside, and I contacted Owala support and they replied, "buy Bar Keepers Friend." Seriously? Extremely disappointed.

Dissaponred and they dont stand behind them.
My daughter wanted an Owala cup so we carefully chose a color she liked. The first one arrived dented, target shipped a replacement no issues. But after less than two months of use the top of the bottle is totally broken and unusable as the spring has broken through the cup. I submitted a warranty claim which was denied. Super disappointed this company doesn’t stand behind their products. I will never purchase owala again. They also dent super easily.

No quality control?
Disappointed with ordering online with Target. The water bottle seems nice, but the lid on the one I received does not match the picture at all. It clashes big time and after looking at the others online, it was clearly for a different bottle. Better off going in to the store instead of ordering online.
