Q: I want to use this specifically with ice, for iced tea and diet Coke. This is fine for this, yes? I would suspect yes, since it's a tumbler and not everybody drinks water from it.

Don’t waste your time buying this online. My first order arrived beat up, there was no padding in the box to buffer the cup, and the straw was missing. The second order arrived without a straw again. Customer support could provide no useful assistance and my only options are to return or exchange again with no guarantee I’d get the straw or a not beat up cup again.

It arrived without a straw and with dings on the metal. When I went to exchange it in person, they also didn't have straws. I do not recommend ordering this online, go and get it in person if possible.

The straw cracked within a few uses (I only washed by hand). The company said the straw is not included in the warranty so I will have to pay $7 more for a replacement straw. I’ve had an Owala 32oz bottle for years and have never had an issue with it.

This is the third time I’ve tried to ship or receive this cup curbside and it is always missing the straw. Sad because I love Owala, never have issues from their website but target has special colors! Target is not doing this brand justice!

Do not buy using Target shipping. I purchased once and they sent it without the straw. I then did a replacement and they sent the same cup without a straw. When I contacted customer care, their solution was that I keep the cup (without the straw) and they will send a $5 gift card. My recommendation is to buy it in store or on the brand website.

The color way of this is so adorable! I really appreciate that it fits into cup holders, as well as holds a lot of water. This is the perfect on the go water bottle with the handle. This keeps my water cold all day and is very easy to clean. Owala has been and continues to be my favorite water bottle brand!

I was initially really happy with this tumbler, but it dings and scratches very easily where my other tumblers have not. The straw broke really easily, for example. I did put a protective boot on it, but that doesn't cover all of it. the inside metal is also quite thin and easily dented. Plus it's so well sealed that it doesn't spill, which also means it's hard to draw up water easily through the straw. I am going to switch to a hydro flask tumbler, which has a far better straw and works well both to avoid spills AND to let you actually get water out through the straw. Finally, it's so tall that it tips very easily.
