High quality product - I love using it on our induction cooktop!

I've used the OXO 10" and 12" pans for many years. When it was time to replace the 10" I started reading at America's Test Kitchen, and, once more, the OXO 10" - now ceramic coated - was the winner. I purchased it and noticed on first use, that the heat transfer is SO fast that I burned my first meal. After a number of experiments, I have found a place that I can live with pan - heat levels roughly 1/2 of where they were set on the older pan. It works, but I wish the Ceramic coating had not been added - it changed the performance of what was my favorite pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used this pan I noticed a small brown spot that did not wash off with a sponge, despite spending a lot of time rubbing. Food immediately stopped gliding over that spot when cooking. I have owned this pan for just over a month, and the "sticky" spots are growing in both size and number. No matter how hard I try, they do not come off. Per instructions I never cook higher than medium heat, never use spray oil, never put the pan in the dishwasher and only use non stick utensils and a sponge for cleaning. I have owned an oxo pro pan previously, and did not have this trouble. This pan is well on the way to wearing out in just a few months, so it is a poor value.

Agree with other users. Pan is perfect in every way- until it just completely stops working. We were soooo cautious with it too- didn’t heat it too fast, hand wash only- plastic/silicone tools only. Has zero non stick features left. Regretting this purchase.

Absolutely non stick. Eggs WANT to land in here. Put this coating on a HEAVY cast iron fry pan and RULE THE WORLD!

This is the best skillet we've ever used/had. We love how hardy it is. We love not having to be so careful not to scratch the surfaces. Received this pan as a gift because I wanted a professional nonstick. I have used this pan exactly once, hosted dinner guests and not all the dishes were done last night. Went to clean the pan this morning and the coating came off with the dried sauce marks. That is on me, but i expected a pan that wouldn’t get completely ruined by one round of oyster sauce. Switching back to stainless steel.

I used to hate when my husband would try to make eggs in our cast iron pans. Ugh, they were impossible to clean. But thanks to the kitchn's review about the best Black Friday deals and this pan, I am way happier now. Eggs cook up super fast and it is a breeze to clean! I have RA so I always love the design of the Oxo kitchen tools, but this is my new favorite piece.

EASY to cook with. Great results every time. Wipes clean, but also goes in dishwasher.

My pots and pans are getting quite old. My friends had a set so I saw them in action. I decided to get them for myself and they live up to all their hype. Great product. Would highly recommend.

Great non stick. Very sturdy - good weight and size. Worth the price.

I like everything about the pan except that after not even a full year the pan started chipping on the bottom edge. I don’t know if it is safe to use anymore. I wash it by hand always and have not gone beyond the heat limit in the oven. The pan is costly and I took time to search for a Pfoa free with a metal handle for finishing frittatas in the oven. Sad. I guess I’ll have to go back to buying cheap pans at discount stores.

It's a nice weight when cleaning. I love that the bottom is actually flat. I hate it when the oil slidescto the edges of the pan. It cooks very evenly.

Like the deeper sides. The coating is great for sauteeing and clean-up is a breeze.

I love everything about this pan! I have bought the top of the line pans and they always loose the non-stick surface from scratches and wear. I used the review from America’s Test Kitchen, and they recommend the OXO brand for durability and price. So far, its great. The price is manageable so if after a year or two it develops the loss of coating, then I’m not out $200. I can buy a new one for the fraction of the price. Only downside, it does not have a lid. I saved the lid from my All-Clad and it fit with this size.

Works on my induction cooktop. Heats evenly and cleans up nicely. I have yet to use it in the oven but it feels like it should handle the task well.
