Thin, flexible and perfect small size. I make a gooey buttery cake and the edges caramelize.. everything gets hard to cut neatly but I was able to cut everything into squares and remove from pan without breaking any pieces.

I love this because it is short enough to store in the drawer and not take up a lot of room. I like that it can cut and serve. It also is short enough to be able to store inside a cake carrier or pie pan. It is great for all baked goods and also things like lasagna. Not so good with round layered cakes but perfectly useful for sheet cakes. It is really useful to have for parties so people can serve themselves with one tool.

Don’t buy it. The black handle part melted when it touched the pan and the melted part adhered to the pan. That can’t be safe. It’s also really small for a spatula.
