A: They literally just mean you can use it more than one time. As if that's different from every other brush ever made. The description saying "reusable" is the most pathetic marketing I have ever seen.

Q: What is the smallest bottle top opening it will fit through?

The dimensions of the brush are 2.5in Wide, 2.5in Deep so any bottle top opening that is within or larger than that range will fit the brush. Target doesn't sell replacement heads. Oxo does but have to spend additional $42
I like it but after several months use, the bristles have turned yellow and I have tried to clean it with Dawn and also vinegar and baing soda, but yellowing remains. See that heads can be replaced, but Target doesn't sell them. Oxo sells a 2 pack for 6.99 but have to spend an additional $42.01 for free shipping. :(

Great brush; however, as some other reviewers mentioned, the brush piece broke off from the handle of the brush. This happened to me while the brush was inside of a bottle, so it was kind of a pain to try to get it back out. I superglued it on and now it seems a lot sturdier.

Wanted to love but...
This was the best bottle brush until it broke. I super glued it & it worked fine for a few months but just broke again! Glue doesn’t seem to work anymore. I am so bummed. We wash a lot of reusable water bottles & it’s been hard to find a brush that lasts & works well. I thought this was it but am so disappointed.
