    Really solid soup. Good flavor, nice little kick from the poblano, and actually filling. I’d definitely buy it again.

    I was honestly surprised by this. The soup is creamy and has a good balance of sweetness from the corn and a mild kick from the peppers. It’s not overly salty, which is where a lot of its canned counterparts falter. If you’re looking for something quick, easy, and delicious to make this it!

    Disappointed

    There is a lovely selection of vegetables in the soup (reason for start) but the soup is extremely watery. Lots of spice, but no flavor? And it is not a chowder. It is broth at best.

    Would not buy again

    This soup was a little weird. I tried eating a few bites as-is, but the overall flavor & texture wasn’t very pleasant. So I used an immersion blender to puree it, passed it through a fine sieve to make it extra smooth, and added a tiny splash of white vinegar (a squeeze of lime would have been better). This thickened the soup and made it much more palatable.

    Something wrong

    I used to like this soup, but the most recent can i opened was off. The soup was not liquid but firm. I did not feel safe eating it so i threw it out. Ever since the company revamped their labels, the quality has gone downhill.
