It was delivered half empty. It doesn’t appear to have leaked, so either this was a used product or Pacifica is taking advantage of the opaque packaging. Not happy. Even if it works, that’s totally unacceptable.

I am at a loss of words for this product - it is unbelievable. My scalp was so irritated and inflamed before using this. I also was shedding so much hair and was patching in spots. I have been using this for a week and my scalp has zero irritation and there are barely any strains shedding now in the shower. Even my partner noticed the reduction in the drain (he would know, he would clean it everyday with my hair, which concerned him). Grateful for this product, it saved my hair and scalp! I love this product. I have fine, color treated/highlighted hair and have been needing a Rosemary treatment. This serum is unlike any other I have tried. It’s light and not greasy. I can use it day or night and it doesn’t weigh my hair down or turn me into a greaseball. Sometimes I use it 2x per day. It feels very refreshing/restorative on the scalp and makes my hair soft and more manageable. I have definitely noticed less shedding as well.

The product is fine, I just expected it to be more like a scalp oil than it is. It's water based and dried in my hair a bit weird and left it feeling stiff as if I'd sprayed hairspray into my scalp. It felt nice when I applied it but as soon as it dried, I felt like it wasn't doing much. Definitely not the same effect as a rosemary scalp oil, if that's what you're looking for.

unlike all their amazing products, this item is just OK, smells great but I don't see any improvement in my hair or scalp. The bottle though is lovely and made of glass. It does help a little with itchiness but it you have bad dry scalp, or buildup please try their scalp detox scrub for hair, works very well as well as the scalp shampoo

I love this product! it has a light, natural scent and it doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy at all. It feels like magic when I apply it because it takes my scalp from being itchy and hot and makes it feel cool and then normal. I absolutely love it. Being post menopause, my formerly oily scalp of my youth has now gotten dry and itchy. I tried multiple different brands of scalp oils and treatments, but the others were so overwhelmingy oily that they took multiple hairwashings to get the stuff out of my hair. This Pacifica serum, on the other hand, feels super calming without being heavy on my scalp. My irritated dry scalp has improved enormously and I just ordered 2 more bottles because I really love this stuff! Great ingredients and very mild scent. Also, my hair loss has diminished greatly.

I bought this product/line of products as a last resort. I always loved Pacifica and was struggling with my hair. I have oily/dandruff, sensitive scalp, fine hair. I wanted volume, but between stress and previous volume products, i was suffering with lots of shedding. This not only gave my hair the results ive been searching for, but saved my hair. It stopped all of the over-shedding and regrew my hair where it was starting to become thinner. My hair overall became really thick, soft, healthy and longer. Also, it doesn’t effect my acne prone and sensitive skin/scalp. My hair also has a nice wave and shine. It stays clean and thick for a while too. Thank you pacifica <3

We have hard well water and I have been having itchy scalp. I bought this after reading reviews online and will say it does kelp reduce itching. I will say that it does look very oily in my hair so I will really only put it in when I am wearing my hair up or will be washing my hair within the next day. (and yes I know it's an oil and that's why it makes my hair oily but it doesn't look nice when your hair is down and scalp is super oily)
