The soft, papery feel makes these crashes especially suited to lighter sticks, rods and brushes. Excellent for mallet rolls. Creates a complex mix of tones that shine in jazz, fusion, blues and classical genres.Recreated from the original Formula 602 bell bronze cymbals launched in 1959, all cymbals in the Formula 602 Classic Sounds series are based on master cymbals from Paiste's archive. They're made by Swiss craftsmen using traditional hand production techniques. This process keeps their sound faithful to the iconic series that helped revolutionize popular music with its purity, control and projection.
