Q: What is the retinol percentage in the face oil? I do not see it listed anywhere on the packaging.

A: Someone asked the same question below. The palmers rep said less than 1% of retinol in this product. I read on other sites it’s between 0.4% and 0.9%. I believe this to be true.

Great find!
I love how it makes my skin feel! I've been using it for a long time now and it definitely helps blend my skin, especially darker skin. I also really appreciate how it's helped my dark spots fade and that's really the main reason I had gotten it from the beginning.

Caused cystic acne . After just 2 uses. I am not the only one with this issue . Looks to be a lot of people with that, probably after using. At first, I had like one pop up, and then overnight, I had 4 cystic pimples come up, and they are big!

Love how this product smells just like roses in a very natural way, not perfumey. And feels amazing on my skin, very nourishing and absorbs well. Cleared up a few breakouts that were happening and overall brightened my complexion. My skin is dry so I follow it up with a little bit of lotion.

Holy grail!!!
THIS IS A HOLY GRAIL PRODUCT!!!!!! I have dry and veryyyy sensitive skin and it works so well!!!!! It makes my skin plump and evened my skin tone so well. I can’t recommend this oil enough and im on my second bottle after 3 months. I use it morning and night and it helps my skin look more full even after working night shifts.

Look, the scent is overwhelmingly soapy and fragrant. It’s brief in terms of the scent and I assume it because of the stellar ingredients. Do I love the smell of it — no. Do i LOVE the results - YES. I live in a very dry climate and this product is transformative. It’s completely healed some dryness issues i have and my skin texture is majorly improved. It’s cheap cheap cheap compared to many other products that tease these outcomes.

Amazing for Hydration and Clearing Acne
I bought this at Christmas time on a whim from a discount store to add to my stocking and after a few uses, I fell in love! I have struggled with adult acne all my life, and this stuff keeps my skin hydrated and it’s cleared it up 90%! It’s honestly been a game changer for me. A little goes a long way and doesn’t feel oily on your skin once it’s absorbed. Absolutely hope this never discontinues because it’s an amazing product!

I liked the experience of using it. I can't prove it changed anything, but didn't cause any problems. A little goes a long way, I think it took me a couple years to finish a bottle. I have combination skin with an oily t zone. I avoided applying to my chin because it's prone to breakouts from anything that isn't moisturizer or lightweight sunscreen.

Darker Skin Beware
While it does shine, it does causes breakout! Only used for 3 weeks or so! Now I'm trying to reverse its effect. Not sure it's for darker skin.

Love this face oil! I use for moisturizer and also before doing any facial massage or using my gua sha tools. I usually can't use scented products because I have always had extremely sensitive skin, but the lovely scent does not cause me any irritation at all. I highly recommend!
