Only wipes that didnt give my baby a rash

I have an almost 2 month old that uses the restroom ALOT , i’ve tried multiple brands and types of wipes but everything gave my baby a rash. At one point i gave up on trying to find a wipe that would work for my baby so I stared to make my own at home with a washcloth, warm water , and baby soap but that became inconvenient as soon as my babies rash cleared up i decided to give “papers sensitive” a try and I LOVEEEE THEM. They are affordable, super soft, and most importantly don’t give my baby a rash.

I have severe allergies. Im heavily allergic to many chemicals including all benzenes & those really long ingredient names starting with methyl & all of their counterparts & most esters. Im also heavily allergic to any comedogenic oil like coconut and palm on my skin, which should never be in skin care and cleaning products for skin, because of the amount of people who get severe cystic acne from them. Im also allergic to salicylic acid and witch hazel or any type of willow bark. My list goes on. and THESE WIPES are the only wipes im able to use. Toilet paper is out of the question with my disability & i would suffer & probably pass without being able to use these. No, im not being dramatic. Huggies gives me terrible severe pinpoint hives, parent choice, every other brand does. I hope that pampers never changes their ingredients list, cheap’s out, or gets rid of pampers sensitive because i suffered greatly & my quality of life decreased significantly without this brand & formulation
New up date is too rough and not sensitive

The new update is beyond too rough for new horns or for a persons skin. It will scratch you and it should be called rough wipes instead of sensitive wipes . The new update was not needed. I loved the old version is was softer and it didn’t burn or scratch my child’s skin . This was an awful update. Please change this terrible update

Tori, we’re so sorry to hear our Sensitive wipes seem rough, and hope your baby’s skin is doing well. Please know that a great deal of work goes into the development and testing of all our wipes to ensure they are safe for babies. We have careful and thorough procedures in place to ensure this. We work with parents and partner with leading professionals including pediatricians, pediatric dermatologists and safety experts through every step of the wipes-making process, so we want to assure you that this isn’t something we expect. Still, as fellow parents, we understand that every baby is unique, and a baby’s skin can be especially delicate. While we recently changed the packaging, we haven’t made any changes to the wipes themselves, so your experience is quite unexpected. So that we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 380-2583.

Awful wipes!! Worst wipes ever!

These sensitive pampers wipes have to be the absolute WORST wipe I have ever used. Not only do they not come out correctly( you’ll pull one wipe and the entire package comes out) but that’s not the best part. The actual whips is THIN and wet you might as well use your own hands because it’s going to leak and feel disgusting after you wipe! It don’t even pick up anything, it’s smears because they are so soft and again soaking wet. Horrible wipes!!

We're sorry to hear of your experience. Our wipes go through many quality checks and we try our very best to make sure that each one reaches you in perfect condition. The main cause of wipes sticking together are changes in temperature and humidity before the pack is even opened. To help prevent this, we would suggest you try storing the wipes packs upside down until you use them. This helps keep the moisture spread evenly throughout the wipes. The wipes were designed to provide a sufficient level of wetness for an easy, gentle cleaning. However, wetness preference varies by moms. For further assistance, please call us at 1-800-726-7377.

I got a bunch of these at my shower and exchanged them all after using one pack. They are flimsy, dry out incredibly fast, can’t be used in a warmer due to drying out so fast. They are extremely thin and I’ve been afraid to try any other pampers wipes ( I want scented ones) because I do t want to spend the money if they are the same except for scent.

We're sorry to hear that the wipes are drying out. Our wipes are made with just the right amount of wetness to clean your baby without leaving too much wetness behind. If the wipes are completely dry, it's possible this package is not in the condition it should be and we're very sorry you received it that way. If you do feel moisture, though, it's possible that the wetness level is a little different than what you're used to. Please be assured that our wipes will still provide a gentle, soft clean. We'd be grateful for the opportunity to help you further. We hope you will find a moment to call us at 1-800-726-7377.

These are the only wipes that I've tried that actually irritate my son's bum. It seemed like he was constantly red and sore almost like these wipes gave him diaper rash. As soon as I discontinued using these wipes, everything cleared up almost immediately.

Pop top

I have three stars because I love the product. Only downfall I have is that you simply cannot pull just one wipe out. I always use the pop top ones and even the hard plastic piece inside doesn’t stop the overflow of wipes. It either stops all wipes from coming out, causing a nighttime diaper change to be even more frustrating, or 4-5 come out and once. Both very frustrating.
1 reply from Customer Care team - 2 years ago
Casey, we're sorry for your frustration, especially during those difficult night time changes. We check our packaging carefully to make sure the plastic lip will separate the wipes one at a time as they come out. We’d like to learn more about your experience so we can help you further. Wipes can be better

I am a father of 4 girls. Most recently a set of twins that are 4 months old. We used pampers exclusively for every child. However recently it has really got on my nerves how the wipes just won’t come out of the bag one handed. I’ll walk you though my observations: you lay you’re child down to change. Now I always pull one wipe out because you know you need at least that. When you unbuckle the diaper with one hand you hold the legs up. Let just say there an extra surprise in there you didn’t plan on. You use your one wipe. But more is needed. As you grab one, three come out of the bag. Now you need your other hand to separate the wipes and of course now there’s a foot in the diaper. Yuck. And furthermore when too many come out of the bag you end up stuffing them back in which becomes a pain. Or you just say screw it and waste the wipes. In closing I just can’t help but this in 2022 we can’t get the best wipes out there to comes out of the bag one handed. Thank you if you read this.

Jeffrey, we're sorry to hear about the inconvenience and extra mess when the wipes don't come out as they should. It may help to know the wipes refill packs are designed to be emptied into a wipes tub. We include a plastic lip at the opening of our pop-top packs to separate the wipes as they come out. We’d love the opportunity to learn more about your experience so we can help you further. We hope you will call us at 1-800-726-7377.

I’d think that wipes would be something every company would be decent at making but these wipes absolutely made me have worst experiences ever. Very inconvenient at the worst times. They’re either dried out or just a continuous wipe that won’t separate from each other no matter how you pull it out. I have used them straight from the packet and transferred them into different containers. Nothing works, I received a large pack of these wipes for my baby shower and decided to throw it all away before it caused more inconveniences while changing a screaming newborn. Absolutely horrible wipes.

Allergic Reaction and Horrible Packaging!

These wipes came highly recommended.. only to be a huge let down. These wipes gave my daughter an allergic reaction like no other ( 2nd time this has happened with a pampers branded wipe.) and the packaging definitely needs to be improved. When I’m changing her diaper I only need 1 wipe at a time, not 6!

The wipes are decent but not nearly as good as some other brands we have used. As for the packaging if I was rating that alone it would be a 1 star. The opening of the packaging has fallen off of many of these we have received (when people buy them for us we wouldn't spend our money on this brand) which lets the wipes dry out quickly and become useless. Even when the top stays on you can't pull a single wipe out unless you have two hands which is rare or you are very lucky. I always end up shaking the package like a madman trying to get it to release a wipe and I end up with like 4-6 wipes more than I need and I have to stuff them back in the bag.

Great Wipe but

Great product, feels good but I'm with the other parents, I would switch to huggies ONLY because I can EASILY grab ONE wipe w/out pulling put the entire roll. We are usually milti tasking with only One hand free. Also because of this the packaging rips quicker because it's pulling out so many at a time. If you're recommending customers buy an additional item just to be able to pull one wipe at a time, you're encouraging the switch instead of just fixing the problem.

Pampers - you make a fantastic wipe. However, please do a better job of distributing a product that easily allows for a single wipe to be pulled from the package at a time. It is so unbelievably frustrating when I attempt to pull a single wipe to use and four additional wipes come with it. Huggies utilizes a serrated edge to their wipes, and that seems to work very well.

Bad Rash

I LOVE my swaddler diapers! Only ones I'll use. I opened a case of sensitive wipes. My son is 14 months, never whines at diaper change. All of the sudden after a few days of using the wipes, he was hysterical crying. I thought maybe he had a crack on his butt. The wipes rubbed him so raw, he couldn't sit in the bath tub. Next day the rash appeared. I just thought he ate something acidic. Everyday, worse & screaming when I wiped him. Finally, we went out of town, I had the old wipes in my stroller. I used for 2 days & it cleared. Came home used the pampers & crying again. I realized then it was the wipes. 2 days without & he's back to normal. Something in these wipes was very sensitive to my son with eczema.
