Q: What size typically does a 6-8 month baby use?

submitted by barbara - 3 years ago
  • A: Typically size 3 but depends on baby weight.

    submitted byChris_UK - 2 years ago
  • A: Thank you for your question. You may have noticed the weight ranges of our diapers overlap. This is because every child is different. Not only does every child's body grow at a different rates, but so does their absorbency needs. Depending on the child's weight, shape, and absorbency needs, a 6-8 month baby may be in size 2, 3, or 4. We'd be glad to help if you have any other questions. Please don't hesitate to give us a call at 1-800-726-7377.

We'll be happy to help to answer any of your questions if you give us a call at 1-800 726-7377, so we can learn what is lacking in quality. We have made changes, but the quality should still be present as we go through quality checks through the manufacturing process to ensure the best diapers. We look forward to helping you when you reach out to us.

Q: size for 4 lb baby in pampers

submitted by mamas - 1 month ago

Q: My little one typically is in a size 4 however, they seemed a little snug so he has tried to size 5 and they seem too big. Any suggestions… Every diaper I seem to switch around to lately have leaked out.

submitted by Boymama007 - 3 months ago
  • A: We understand leaks are frustrating, and this isn't the experience we want for you. As you already know, children come in all shapes and sizes, so our different diaper versions may fit each child differently. We'd love to learn more about your experience and help find a size or Pampers diaper version that fits and protects your little one from leaks. Please give us a call at (800) 726-7377 when you have a moment. We're happy to make suggestions and address the leaks from there.

Q: How do these compare in absorbancey to the swaddlers overnight? Love the overnights but hate the scent of them for my toddler with sensitive skin.

submitted by Amusser - 7 months ago
  • A: Our Pampers Pure Diapers have great absorbency. However, our overnight diapers are designed with more absorbent material as it's intended to be worn for more hours.

The design recently changed and they no longer work as overnight diapers. They begin to disintegrate and the gel coats my baby’s bum by the morning.

I love these pampers but they are so inconsistent. Sometimes they come in really good quality then a box will be super thin. Frustrating since you pay more for these that come with less, but inconsistent quality.

I used Pampers Pure diapers for multiple kids for years. Recently they’ve changed them and now my baby has had constant rashes despite being changed immediately after soiling them. The fit is different now too, like I can’t get the straps to fit correctly.

If I could give zero stars I would. These were my #1 go to, I used to be upset when I couldn’t find them and had to purchase pamper swaddle…. Up until this most recent purchase. They switched the material and it’s HORRIBLE! The beads are constantly being found on my baby even when the diaper isn’t too soiled and it looks like a rash is forming. Most definitely will be returning if I can.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I absolutely love Pampers Pure Protection diapers for my baby with eczema. 🍼💛 These are the only diapers that haven’t irritated her sensitive skin. The liner feels soft and gentle, and I like knowing they’re free from fragrance, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. They keep her dry overnight with no leaks, and the wetness indicator is such a helpful feature. As a mom of a little one with eczema, finding products that don’t cause flare-ups is a big deal. These diapers have been a game-changer for us—they’re breathable, absorbent, and I feel confident using them every day. Yes, they’re a little more expensive than some other brands, but for the comfort and peace of mind they give me, they’re 100% worth it. ✅ Highly recommend for babies with sensitive skin or eczema!

    Huggies changed, now Pampers?

We switched to Pampers Pure after Huggies changed. I loved these Pure diapers, kept reordering from Target every month! But this last time, I noticed they are totally different. Ugh. Why. They feel and look like Swaddlers without the scent. Why do diaper companies change things? They were literally perfect before, they were SO soft and thick. Now they feel crunchy and rough, super thin, the design isn’t even as cute. It does not look comfortable. The picture on the left is the old soft thick one, and the one on the right is the new crappy one. Haven’t had any leaks so far 🤞🏼but if I’m paying a premium price for a diaper, it should not feel or look like a generic brand. Bring back the soft plush ones, please.

Would give them zero stars in a heartbeat! I’ve used these for multiple children and have never had an issue until recently! Seems they have changed the materials. They now feel cheap, constantly rip, leak, and worst of all - the beads inside are always coming out onto my children’s skin which is extremely dangerous!

    Best diapers

Low quality - 11 days ago, Verified purchaser
These diapers are my favorites. They are thick and soft. The designs are cute with delicate colors. I dont really like diapers with designs or characters but I like this ones. The quality is a plus A. No leaks, full coverage, no diaper rash and it can hold a few hours without changing it. I dont have to change my baby through the night. They are worth every penny.

We have been using Pampers since day one with our son. We were gifted different diapers from the baby shower and found Pampers was the best all around (in our opinion). When our son started showing signs of irritation and ended up being diagnosed with eczema, I started buying Pampers Pure PROTECTION. He has used them ever since. They worked great! Though when Pampers started releasing a new design recently, I started noticing that my son’s rash was coming back. The new design feels flimsy and not as good quality as the old design. I was so disappointed that I tried other brands. They work ok, just not as good as pampers. I’m begging you to bring back the old design. The new design is terrible.

As parents, we understand the frustration of dealing with baby rash, and we appreciate you letting us know what happened, Kristina. This isn't something we'd expect, and we hope your little one's symptoms have improved. Please know that before presenting a new Pampers design, our team works extensively with parents and leading pediatric professionals, including safety experts, at every step of the diaper-making process to ensure our products are safe for babies. However, we understand that a baby's skin can be very delicate. Unfortunately, many factors can contribute to unusual reactions like this, and we want to help you prevent future events and share this experience with our Safety Team. Please call us at 1-800-726-7377 for further assistance.

We used these for our first born and no issue but they recently changed the material and we found a large rock like mass in a brand new one! Thankfully we saw it before using.
1 reply from Pampers Response team - 20 days ago
We can certainly understand your surprise upon finding a hard piece of material in your diapers, and appreciate you reaching out. Please know, we have many quality checks in place to ensure only the best products reach you. It's possible this could be hardened absorbent gelling material (AGM) which is the material inside the diaper that absorbs wetness. If the diapers were exposed to too much moisture during shipping, this may cause a slight change in texture of the AGM. So we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 726-7377.

We have been loyal to pampers pure since 2020 with my first, but will no longer be purchasing. The new formula is horrible! They infused something into the liner that has caused horrible contact dermatitis all over the stomach and back where the diaper is touching. Seems these are not as pure as they used to be.

We’re disappointed to hear about your baby’s discomfort, and hope your baby is feeling better. We work with safety experts to ensure our products are safe, but we understand every baby is unique, and their skin can be delicate. There are a lot of different factors that can unfortunately contribute to these kinds of symptoms you have told us about. We understand this is hard on you and your baby. We did make some changes to the diapers by making them softer and incorporating vitamins in them to improve the features. We'd be thankful for the opportunity to learn more about your experience and to help you further. We invite you will find a moment to call us at 1-800-726-7377, so we can assist you with the diapers.
