  • A: You can block 250. What is the 1000 referring to? My add list stops at 250 when I add them manually so I have to delete them when it’s full and start over. I cant boock ranges much because most of these spam calls are coming in on my area code plus exchange. Awful ....

  • A: You can block 250 numbers from anyone. The phone by it self can block up to 1000 robocalls. So if a machine calls you, it can screen and block them automatically if you choose.

Based on the bad experience a friend had with such a refurbished phone, I knew I didn't want one of them. I appreciate you confirming these are new, as I will feel much better about purchasing them. It's nice to know any refurbished phones would be noted in their description, so shoppers won't be mislead into buying a phone they think is new, only to find out it's been used. This feature can be set for each unit, and the command to be used for the handsets is MENU #310, and for the base unit (using a handset) is MENU #*310. Hope this helps! -C

Works with cell phone to make getting calls easier

I use it for the Link2Cell feature. No landline. Seems to work well, and the Bluetooth stays connected 24/7 so far. Clear sound. Note that the cell phone takes the message; The Panasonic base does NOT take cell phone messages. Base is disabled when using it with a cell phone. I recommend turning on "Cell Line Only Mode" if you do not have a landline (simplifies the system). Set your cell phone to 80% recharge to maximize battery life, too. You can adjust ringer volumes on the handsets (or turn off completely) in the Bluetooth menu, so your house does not have so many phones ringing at once.

Terrible Phone

Horrible phone! Sound is awful, sounds like you’re taking into a run can! Battery life is non existent and two of the handsets have already died after only a year or so. Don’t waste your money!

Dont waste your money

Extremely disappointed!

Bought this unit as I like Panasonic phones. 1st AND 2nd set both had problems when went to use phone—crackling in line & people can’t hear you. Panasonic this was replacing did NOT have the problem. Tried on another landline too, same issue. So tried another set, same issue. Older Panasonic may have handsets that are wearing out, but at least people can hear me. Also box had a sticker “factory inspected.” Makes me wonder if it’s a factory 2nd/refurbished unit. Tried to find phone on Panasonic website, they don’t even list it. Extremely disappointed in the quality!

Terrible phone

The phones did not work. The call would go through and the caller could not hear you. The customer support was terrible.

Down to one phone

Disappointed compared to previous model.

1. Very low battery life (1-2 days) especially when voice mail alerts is turned on. So had to turn of voice mail alert (blinking light). Supplied batteries are not Panasonic brand. 2. Problems with headset jack: Many times, after disconnecting headset, phone (handset) has not dial tone and no sound. To fix this issue, need to plugin headset again and remove it. (Got lucky to find this solution! Nothing online). 3. Problems with Bluetooth headset. Simply doesn't work even after successful pairing. 4. There is no option to control display back light (white) to save battery. There is only an option to control LCD contrast.

Don,t buy this!

I am STUNNED at how TERRIBLE this phone is. I am returning it! 1. The TIME resets 2 hours forward every time I get a phone call 2. No one can HEAR me on the other end. 3.i have to use the area code, even for dialing LOCAL call! 4. The phone cuts out while I am trying to speak. SERIOUSLY, it feels like I am in a COMEDY SKIT, so much is wrong. It would be LAUGHABLE, if it wasn’t such a colossal annoyance .
