    Easy setup once to get them out of the mount of packaging included. Programming the intercom extentions was a breeze. Would be nice if the batteries came with more of a charge. Had to wait 7 hrs forthem to charge before I could use them.

    Phones keep in cuttibg out and dropping calls

    Always have bought Panasonic. This set is less than a year old and it keeps dropping calls. Does it on every handset. Very disappointed. I can't buy a new set every year. It will cut out come back cut out . Doesn't matter which handset or where I am.

    No robocalls

    The robocall killer really works. If the number is not in your phone book, it requires the caller to press one. I haven’t had a robocall since I plugged this baby up.

    Backwards in evolution of tech

    So disappointed. There is a 2 star review that has the same experience with the battery. I have an older Panasonic I could leave off the charger for a couple days and this one lasts less than a day Muffled audio coming and going. Spouse says there are pops and crackling occasionally when I talk. Less functions too. I wish I could take this back! What a waste ! Built in obsolescence with back tracked design issues It would almost cost more to design a phone this way omg!

    VERY DISAPPOINTED...

    I have purchased ONLY Panasonic Phones for at least the past 20 years, and I have ALWAYS been very satisfied. This is at least my 3rd set. HOWEVER...I am extremely disappointed in this set. The battery drains unbelievably fast! I keep a phone with me during the day...(off the charger)...barely use it, and it will go from fully charged, to just two bars, and if I forget to hang it up over night, I will wake up to it saying "low battery...low battery". This should NOT be, and NEVER happened with any of my other Panasonic Phones unless I haven't charged it for DAYS! I know I did NOT get a defective set, because unfortunately, I purchased the exact same phone for my parents, BEFORE I noticed this problem, and they have the exact SAME issue! I don't know if Panasonic is using cheaper batteries, or what the problem is, but this will be LAST Panasonic phone I buy! I do NOT recommend this product.

    terrible lighting

    I purchased this set 4 days ago, and recieved them yesterday. the problem is the backlighting. you can pick-up the phone at night in the dark, and the numbers do not light-up at all. all you see is this very dim light sorrounding the numbers, and that does not help at all. i have a older set of panasonic phones and the backlighting of the numbers is better. the numbers light-up. panasonic, what ever happened to your quality control. seems like it has gone way down. sorry, but that is the truth.

    Great Phone

    I bought this for a boat and primarily for the intercom and voice paging features. It works perfectly. You don't need to have it connected to a land line to use it as an intercom system. I also connected it to my iPhone, and that works well as well. I can make and receive calls from any handset. It will actually connect to two cell phones and you can tell which phone is ringing in. Everything worked out of the box, and a lot of handsets for a reasonable price.

    Not satisfied

    Purchased the KX-TGE675 so that I could connect by cell phone. That feature worked pretty well. The reason I took this system back after three weeks was due to the quality of phone sound itself. My old Panasonic system was much clearer. The speaker phone on this unit seemed muffled to me and sometime we had people saying they couldn't hear us that well. I know one time when my wife was talking and there was a flutter sound in her voice that was coming across.

    Short battery life vs old model

    Short battery life vs the previous 9 yr old Panasonic phone it replaced. This phone only has 2 AAA batters and the previous had 3. I wish I'd know before buying. Also, somehow the reception doesn't go as far even though technology should be better. I should have sent this back.

    Love Them
