Q: Can the contacts from my old Panasonic Cordless Phone (with Bluetooth) be transferred to this phone? If so, how do I go about doing that?
A: No the phonebook can not be transferred from one Panasonic Telephone to another.

Q: My current phone (a different brand) beeps constantly after someone leaves a message. Does this phone do that? If yes, is there a way to turn this off?
A: Hello! You can enable the audible new message alert for the answering machine. You can do so by pressing MENU # 3 3 9 > go to ON > press SAVE.
