PanOxyl Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Foaming Wash clears and treats existing breakouts and helps prevent new zits from forming in one step. Acne is caused by three things clogging pores: dead skin cells, excess oils and acne-causing bacteria. This powerful, anti-bacterial cleansing wash breaks the acne cycle by unclogging pores and killing acne-causing bacteria. When used daily, this wash helps to prevent new pimples from forming. To use, wet the area to be cleansed. Apply acne wash and gently massage the area for 1-2 minutes. Use at the sink or in the shower and rinse thoroughly after application for best results. Pat dry. Wet area to be cleansed. Apply acne wash and gently massage area for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, use a sunscreen. Q: If you use this in the shower and rinse well, does it still stain fabrics? I used to use a topical Benzoyl Peroxide as a teen, and ruined a lot of shirts. However, I wasn't rinsing after applying.

I had really high hopes for this cleanser. I’ve been struggling with acne for a very long time and I heard that this product was amazing and after reading some reviews I was convinced but after 2 months of using it my face has only gotten worse . I use this product on my armpits to help with body odor and have used it for years now. I continuously purchase this particular one as nothing else has worked as good as this. I put it on at the beginning of my shower and rinse off after I shave etc. be careful that it does bleach your towels but so worth it! It doesn’t work well for my face skin though. I found that differin was better for my cystic type acne than this product.
