...it can only take a max 60w (or 9w LED) bulb, and I specifically chose this lamp over another because it stated 100w max. It came packaged very professionally and was easy to put together, however the base is not entirely flat (may just be the one I received) so it doesn't sit perfectly stable. I love the way it looks though - I will keep it and would recommend.
