This item must be returned within 30 days of the date it was purchased in store, delivered to the guest, delivered by a Shipt shopper, or picked up by the guest.
I ordered on 1/21. It is now 2/20 and I have not received my order. I called Target customer service and they said it was shipped by a third party and they couldn’t do anything. I’ve been charged $50 for a rug I did not receive and Target will not do anything.

Disappointing, Not Washable
I loved the look of the 3 rugs I ordered for my kitchen, but they were supposed to be Washable. When they arrived, the tag attached said Spot Clean Only. I checked Target online again and it said they are Washable. A little tired of this. Not first time I’ve had return something I ordered online from Target that was not accurate online. I don’t have a choice. Most things I need are not found in the actual Target stores. This getting old.
