The first caddy I received as a baby registry gift had a small hole at the seam. I reached out to Parker baby customer service and found that it has a 6 month warranty. I was sent a replacement right away. My baby is now here and we love using this diaper caddy. It fits way more than we expected, and I love that it is made of cotton as we are trying to stay away from plastics. Once we filled it, it holds its shape nicely.

I was thinking about purchasing another diaper caddy for the first floor of my house and I’m so glad I did! We have a bigger diaper caddy that we keep in the bedroom and this rope diaper caddy is perfect for the other floor. It’s durable and easy to carry around. It holds quite a bit of NB diapers, 2-3 packs of wipes, and misc items - rash cream, powder, etc.

I ordered the Rope Diaper Caddy because as a brand new mom I was overwhelmed by having to constantly go from one room to another to grab a burp rag or a pacifier or a nursing pad or whatever I needed when also managing a newborn. This caddy keeps everything I need in one place and also keeps the whole house from turning into a baby zone! But even more importantly, the Parker Baby Co team went above and beyond to provide an initial replacement when the first package was stolen off our porch while I was nursing our baby just right inside a few feet away! They were so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend them for quality products from high-quality humans.
