I'm suffering from receding gums on three teeth and the sensitivity is so bad, I've had resin applied by the dentist twice. I've been using Sensodyne for a couple of years and it's not helping. Decided to give this one a chance.... it's been two days and it's already so much better! I'm not buying anything else. I'm so happy I found this.

Overall it did give a boost in helping counteract morning/coffee breath but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the texture. It was a bit too gritty for my liking despite enjoying the slight mint flavor! The packaging is easy to handle and a good amount of product squeezes out. I would recommend to those struggling with bleeding gums due to bacteria or inflammation since it provides a very deep clean. If the texture isn’t an issue with having to rinse more than normal, then I think this is a great fit! Thank you!

The flavor which to me is a cross between spearmint and medicine which they can if they can to improve for a better experience. My breath does stay fresh air longer, and the texture is almost creamy, which it would be nice if it could be a little firm but overall, I would definitely buy this two paste again.
