Apply toothpaste onto a toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal at least twice a day, and not more than 3 times a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. To minimize swallowing for children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing and rinsing until good habits are established.Children Under 2 Years of Age

i have been using it for 10 days now,i already have issues woth my gum i see blood whenever i brush my teeth. it is very minty and leaves my mouth fresh for hours. it burns more than my regular toothpaste.

I’m sure if this toothpaste would make a difference but thought I would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised that after about two weeks of use, the bleeding has stopped. I will definitely be replacing my regular toothpaste with Parodontax.

After a few weeks of use, I could tell a noticeable difference in a good way. I saw much less bleeding after brushing and the gums were not as sensitive. Good product.

After using it for 2 weeks, I'm very impressed with the results!! The gum sensitivity has reduced significantly. My gums are no longer horribly irritated, especially after brushing. The clean mint flavor is refreshing too!! It's not overbearing, just the right amount. After brushing, my mouth feels very clean.

When it was delivered I took a deeper look at the ingredients to see the benefits. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything special. The active ingredient is the same as all the rest. It's fine but I don't see how it can help your gums. The taste is fine. The texture is fine. But all and all there's nothing special.

I really have noticed an improvement with my gums. I haven’t had any bleeding and thats really important to me. It’s not an abrasive, and very gentle on my teeth definitely works for me!

However, what sets this toothpaste apart from other products is the gum protection. I have not had any gum bleeding since I began using this. Of course, I've been using my Waterpik regularly too. It's a perfect combination for healthy gums.

I am happy to say this one has a nice minty flavor, but it's not "hey, have you been chewing on mint leaves?" strong nor is it especially sweet. It just leaves my teeth clean and that's enough for me.

Not a strong minty flavor but just the right amount of mint flavor for me. And not a gritty toothpaste but a smooth creamy toothpaste. All with the added benefit of anticavity and antigingivitis protection. The only complaint is that the screw top on the tube is not as convenient as a flip top.
