Not as crunchy as expected, the cookies are soft.

New formula- added gums
I loved these but recently they’ve been hard to find; I came to the website, disappointed to see they changed the formula including gums (Xantham Gum and Konjac Gum)- which are known to cause GI upset (bloating, gas, diarrhea). Unfortunately, I will no longer be buying these unless they switch back to the healthier formula :(

Disappointed
I’ll no longer be able to “partake” now that they’ve added rice to the recipe. I’m incredibly disappointed that a company that is supposed to be so dedicated to being allergy friendly would change their recipe without making the change known on their packaging. I’ve never had another company add one of my intolerances/allergies to a product before, but something told me to double check the ingredient list. Thank goodness I had only chewed once and was able to spit it out. Otherwise I’d be missing work tomorrow.

I had high hopes for these cookies. They aren't even remotely related to gingersnaps. They have an odd taste, and they're thick and crumbly.

These aren't bad cookies all in all, but let me be totally straight here....there is NO ginger in these cookies. These are sugar cookies - no more, no less. I know that ginger does not contain gluten so why no ginger flavor then? Won't buy these again.

Did not taste any ginger
I was hopeful that these would have a nice ginger flavor but was disappointed with the overall lack of ginger flavor… all I can taste is the rosemary extract.

So thankful these exist
Just found them at the store and couldn’t believe the ingredients. I’m dealing with auto immune disease and these have the least inflammatory ingredients I’ve seen in any cookie. Will be buying more

My favorite chocolate chip cookies were out of stock at the market, but saw these ginger snaps and grabbed them to try. Partake cookies never disappoint! Living with chronic illness, I appreciate food that is free from the top food allergies/sensitivities. Thank you!

Sugar’s one of the reasons one can’t put them down. They cost quite a bit. How come you can’t afford to put in some monk fruit instead of sugar? That’s my review.-

Excellent product as well as the chocolate chip. On my next order, I will also include the lemon. I have tried other G.F. cookies and these are the best.

Ginger snap
The ginger snap cookies are not my cup of tea, and I was surprised because I love ginger snap cookies. The elements of a good ginger snap were there; however, these cookies weren’t crunchy for me.

Delicious and for a great cause
I was at my supermarket and saw Ginger Snaps and purchased this particular brand wanting to try something new. Glad I did, because not only is the product delicious, but I also later found out it's Black Owned! I feel good about that decision!
