I had very high hopes for these but even though the box we got was NOT expired (not for almost a year) it tasted like cooking oil that had gone bad.. I’ve been dairy free and vegan for over a year and a half and have not had a hard time finding snacks but always looking for new options but this tastes inedible. :(

Why Change the Recipe??
These are awful! My once favorite cookie that made me feel like a non-allergic person eating a normal chocolate chip cookie. These cookies now have such a TERRIBLE CHEMICAL taste to them. Why? Did the company want to make a higher profit and changed the recipe to produce it cheaply? I thought it was a once off so I bought from a different store chain… same disappointing taste. Guess I need to find a different GF, DF, SF cookie 🥺

Disappointed Much
I guess the recipe changed These are disgusting! I purchased two boxes bc they were 2 for $7. Chewed up one cookie and couldn’t even swallow it bc it was so unpleasant to my tastebuds. I love supporting a black woman owned business but very disappointed with this product. I’ve never had this issue before. I also don’t buy Partake regularly so maybe I missed that the recipe changed.

Recipe change is garbage
The new recipe is gross. For being an allergy friendly company, changing the recipe without warning is a HUGE red flag. The last few batches before the change tasted like chemicals and were inedible. Such a shame, because these were the only store-bought treats I could eat.
