arrived leaking all over the box
This arrived in a box with no packing. It was dripping and the box was wet from the leakage. Tried to contact customer service to return but was told that I have to return in store. I buy online because it's not convenient to shop in store, but now they are requiring me to return this in store that was damaged because of their poor packaging.
