Not sure if I had a factory malfunction mask, but the nose was crooked, the sides did not cover to my temples, and the bottom mask barely met my chin. If this is the normal mask I will not be purchasing again.

I'm a 50 y/o woman who's recently gone through drastic facial skin changes. Ive never had dry skin issues when it came to my face, until this year of my life. This mask has reversed all that! I wore it overnight and rinsed my face with water only and my skin still felt as it had when I removed the mask. I then applied my serum and moisturizer, as i always do. 6 DAYS later, my skin still feels/looks amazing!!! I considered gate-keeping, but this us a life-changer for me. I hope this helps someone else!

I'm 52 year old first time collagen mask user. I was curious after an Ulta employee raved about them. I used it for the whole night. Some adjustments needed as per usual with any mask (despite some bad reviews on it). The mask was fully saturated and started to turn clear after the 3 hour mark except around edges of hairline and parts of nose, so I readjusted. Stayed on my face the whole night, but I did pull the bottom half off in early am. When I got up my face was glowing, and smooth. It had the "glassy" effect the mask was raving about. I washed my face and of course the glowiness was gone but it was still smooth. A chemical peel is better in my opinion but this is more affordable. I did notice a tiny bit of redness on my checks for a few days after but my face didn't feel any tighter. I bought the kit so I will keep trying it out.

These masks are worth looking like Jason from Camp Crystal Lake. I'm not a sheet mask person, I rarely find effective ones. Let me tell you how these things transformed my skin after the first use. I took a big vacation to Florida and even brought my normal skin care, but the sun was too much for me, and I burned everyday even with sunscreen on. The Florida tap water was in hard mode and it created even more drying to my hair and skin. I'm oily and boy did my skin overreact by producing more oil and more acne than I ever get. Wearing layers of sunscreen, getting burned, producing oil, all of this had me flying home with breakouts and red patches on my face. I couldn't balance it out. My daughter gave me these for mother's day and I was so hesitant to put it on. But I did. I rolled over in the night and peeled it off and tossed it on the floor, but it must have been on for 4 hours. I woke up hydrated, radiant, my fine lines gone and my deeper lines brightened. My redness and acne were turned down to a 1. I've done 3 of them now, and my daughter stole 2 from me so I'm back to buy another box. It feels like putting on slime, and it's slippery and hard to apply if you're not used to masks. I'm rating results and not the process.

I did not like this product. Will be returning. Was difficult to maneuver to stay on my face and I kept tearing it. Also time consuming if you want to obtain full benefits of the product.

I really enjoy the mask! I always do overnight for full glow! However the reviews I see aren't very accurate to the experience i've had. I try to use as often as I remeber because I love the way my skin both looks and feels after using! The results are fairly instant and visibly lasting. I'm thinking skincare routine might play a role in the negative results some people may be having, due to active ingredients that might negatively interact with collagen products.

I absolutely love this mask! I wore it for 3hr and noticed an immediate and significant difference in my skin. My fine lines were GONE, skin tone even, and its become so supple and soft. I wish i was being paid to create such a raving review for a product, but I genuinely look years younger- to the point where im getting asked for my ID again. Im truly astounded with how well this product worked for my skin. As far as downsides, the only thing is I probably wouldnt sleep in this mask. If you sleep on your back there shouldnt be an issue, and it does absorb into the skin and turn transparent as advertised, but just while i was talking, the mask would move quite a bit. Thats the reason I only gave it 4 stars, bc if it had this affect after only 3hr, its gonna keep me up at night imagining what it couldve done for me in 8hr. If youve got some time to sit around and take it easy though, this mask will work literal magic. I cannot stress enough how noticeable of a difference it made. Dont walk, RUN.

Saw these during my ulta visit & purcahsed a couple of them to bring on my trip. For context, I used the Biodance collagen masks previously & loved them! My friend & I used a gentle cleanser prior to applying the Peach & Lilly masks (for a fresh canvas) and had the same reaction after leaving it on for an hour. Our skin was red and took awhile to subside. The "glow" I had later was from the cosrx & laniege products I used after to reduce the redness.

Mask falls off and serum dries out quickly. Mine barely made it 30 minutes. There’s no way this would last three hours as directed on the packaging.

I have never experienced this sort of reaction from a collagen product. My skin is so tight, and dried out so bad i looked like a snake shedding its skin, literally the next day and i only left the mask on for an hour, hour and a half. Its so dry and irradiated. Its awful, im so upset.

The day i put makeup on after using this i wondered why my skin looked like poo. It was peeling and dry. This did nothing but made my skin look worse. Don't recommend if you have sensitive skin or if u just like your skin in general. This is my 2nd time trying PnL and ive yet to be impressed. They are overpriced, and products are subpar.
