It has a lot of different prompts to fill out from the day you find out you’re pregnant. There are pages for adding pictures to look back on. It’s made with a strong canvas material so it holds up. It’s small enough that you can take it with in a bag. It’s a very good price point for all you can journal in it.

not a baby shower gift
this pregnancy journal should be purchased when you first find out your pregnant so that you can document your pregnancy journey. the other post that says it's a great baby shower gift misses the mark by 32 weeks. how can you document a journey starting from the end versus starting a journal as soon as you find out.
