My daughter is only 2 months old, so can yet grasp and play yet, but I will hold it out in front of her and she will track it, let her feel the different fabrics, and play peekaboo with her with jt! It has a soft side on one side and then the other side has a silky like touch! I love it! And can't wait till she's old enough to actually grab at it because the Narwhal itself is in the middle and is easy for young people to grab at it!
