I buy these for my dog. The price goes up every year which is irritating, but it's the best deal I've found in my area.

Bad for tennis
Bought these to use to practice serves. Half of balls were not usable. Misshapen, heavy, no bounce. Would be awful for rallies. Probably ok for a dog. I am a 3.5 player.

Flat and lopsided balls
Normally I love these Penn practice balls. But this lot of 72 (6 bags) was largely defective. About half are either flat, lopsided or discolored. Not sure what happened in the manufacturing process but Penn and Target need to step up their quality controls. Otherwise, these balls have always been great for practice, especially for the price.

Should All Bounce
Price was good, but 2/12 balls didn't bounce well and can't really be used for tennis. Those will go to the dogs, I guess...
