Rand is the group creative director of the advertising company Droga5 and previously worked at BBDO Worldwide and Silver + Partners. She lives in New York. Tim Gordon is the co-author of People Who Deserve It: Socially Responsible Reasons to Punch Someone in the Face and executive creative director of the advertising agency Droga5. Born in Vancouver, Canada, Gordon graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in media studies.
