At around 160 calories for every 52 pieces, I feel it is also on the healthier side. The hard part is trying to remember to not finish the bag!

The only bad thing about these goldfish is they are messy and not the best snack when on the go. Cheese dust gets on your fingers and my busy two year old gets his clothes and nearby items dirty before I can clean his hands.
