I also like the idea of them being baked, making them a little healthier. The outside of the Gold Fish also has a powdered like cheese on them giving it a nice finishing touch. They were also a little bit larger than the original Gold Fish. I highly recommend this product for its flavor and texture for a light, on the go snack.
