A: Great question! We can confirm that Pepto-Bismol products do not contain wheat or gluten, however, we can’t confirm that the facility where the product is made is gluten free. So, while we are certain that we don’t add gluten to the product, the plant and the equipment has not undergone an allergy assessment, therefore we can’t be certain that it’s not present in the facility.

This is the only kids dose calcium carbonate I’ve been able to find. I don’t know why it’s so much more expensive than the adult dose (different brands). I feel better that I have this option when the kids have acid reflux but I would definitely prefer to spend less money on this.

She likes that it taste like bubble gum. She did find it a little hard to chew, but not too much. It does help her relief her pain, I do recommend this product to other moms with kids 2 and up.

QUICK relief for my little ones!
