The Perfect Multi-Gym is a portable gym system that can be used as a doorway pull up bar or for sit-ups, push-ups and dips. All Perfect Fitness Multi-Gyms target arms, chest, core and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. They feature padded handles that provide 3 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip and hammer grip pull-ups and a 300-pound capacity making it safe to use with a weight vest. When turned over, all Multi-Gyms have padded handles for comfort and to help ensure correct form doing sit-ups, push-ups and dips. All Multi-Gyms are easy to install and does not require any drilling.

A: Hello Katie, The Perfect Fitness Multi Gym (white) and Perfect Fitness Multi Gym Pro (grey) are very similar products. Impossible to assemble unless have experience in mechanics for the average person dont get this unless know how to assemble mechanical devices

Just wish there was more padding
Great product. It hasn’t scuffed up the door frame at all. Only issue is the padding only is there for close grip, military style, and wide grip pull-ups. I just wish there was some padding for doing regular shoulder width pull-ups.

Defective
Product arrived impossible to build. The first step requires a twist and lock form your initial bar and the locking mechanism made it so the protective pads are on opposite ends. Intend to return ASAP.

Unhappy customer
Within 3 weeks it the left handle on the bar became loose and now won't attach on the door. Quite dissappointed.

Only 2 problems.....
Nice enough unit, and solid. Two drawbacks: 1) No padding at shoulder width, where MOST pull ups are done. 2) Black door-jam padding will only leave black marks. Would it be too much to ask for white rectangular pads?

Perfect multi gym pull-up bar
Have tried other doorframe pull-up bars in the past and this is by far the most solid. I am 183-185 lbs, and feels very secure. Comes in a few pieces and set up is easy (I’m not great with that stuff but took me 10 minutes). I’m also able to put bands over it and use that for tricep pushdowns. Highly recommend this pull-up bar it’s well worth the little bit of extra money to comparable models!

Verify that it would work with your door!
The bar is not much adjustable to various doors. Check before you buy. If it fits, it’s great. Haven’t had any problems quality-wise.
