Decent enough
I just installed this, and it's studry enough -- there's a bit of bend in the main cross bar, which is actually 3 bars interconnected, which causes a slightly concerning amount of bend when using. The neutral position foam was not well-glued, so it was safer to remove. I suggest getting a better-reviewed model off amazon instead.

Not heavy duty
I would not call this “heavy duty”. Two of the bolts were misprinted off center and the “bar” that rests on top of the doorframe is made of plastic. I recommend finding a different product to fit your home gym needs.
