Performance Plus Bath Towel Black Striped - Threshold™

A: I bought one and washed it several times. First time it shed on my other towels. After washing two more times by itself, it still shed. I finally threw it away. That was months ago and current reviews reflect the same problem.

A: The ones with white stripes are great, seems as though the plain are the ones with issues.

A: The solid navy blue towels shed terribly. I’ve washed them 3 times and they’re still awful to use. Do not buy these

A: I have the pink towels and hand towels. I have never had an issue with shedding. They are used daily and machine washed and dried regularly and never had a problem. Hope this helps.

A: I got 2 large size bath, dark grey striped, & 2 large grey geo, on 10/23 & they have never shed, or had threads come undone. Love these towels & the hanging loops. Get striped or geo.

A: I have the green ones and they launder beautifully, no lint

A: I have the blue geo pattern hand towels and plan on purchasing more and some blue geo bath towels. They are fluffy and soft, a decent price and have had no shedding issues with multiple washes. Could it be different based on the style or color?

A: I bought 3 colors of the ones with thin white stripes. They are fantastic, and wash well. I have had no shedding, so it’s possible the plain versions are the ones with issues.

A: The black and white bath towels shed terribly - lint all over shower AFTER being washed. So far washed 4x and still shedding. Super soft but cannot recommend due to the mess they create.

A: Yes! I bought the black and the black striped. They feel marvelous, but there is black “fuzz” all over my shower. It’s bad. I thought more washing would stop it, but so far it has not. I would not recommend.

A: I too brought several towels and the stitching has come undone and they need to be sewn back up. I don’t think my sewing machine can handle the thickness of the towels to repair them. Very Disappointed!

A: If you get striped or geo pattern they are great. Mine have lasted 2 years so far. I had a couple plain hand towels and they have loose threads on them.

A: I totally agree with the towels having the threads coming undone. Every washing makes it worse & I have to cut the long threads off. They look awful. I have 4 of the towels.

A: I had a couple start to separate where the loop of the towel meets the edge. I took it to Target and they nicely replaced it with no issues.

A: If you’re referring to the white towels, Yes they are Bleachable. If you’re referring to the colored towels, It is recommended that you use only Non-Chlorinated bleach. Otherwise the colors will be affected.
