Not bug proof
I bought this to keep ants out of the cat food. I have two cats, one adult and one kitten, so I store two 6.3 pound bags in here, one of each type. Today both *new* bags of food were swarming with ants because the lid does not close tightly enough to keep them out. I can’t even return the bin because I bought it too long ago to be eligible for a refund :(

literally just bought it this yesterday morning for my cat food and the lid doesn't even seal all the way! fount ants crawling all over my new bag of cat food all over the container so that's another thing to replace $40 down the drain and i will return as soon as target opens today!!!! don't even buy it!
